PROJECT STATEMENT

1.      **Genesis**
I would like to embark on a spiritual journey to understand and connect with the anima mundi through noble materials such as Carrara marble, polished stainless steel, oil paintings, and installations. This journey aims to help us find answers to our souls and existential questions by creating a space here and now for contemplation and meditation. By using a universal symbolic architecture like the pyramid—one of the first constructions found on every continent since the dawn of humanity, from America, Egypt to China—I hope to establish a link between the past and the present in order to build the future, striving to understand the architecture of our souls. I believe that through history and metaphysical symbolism, which is innate to our consciousness, we can forge a strong bond between all civilizations, thus moving toward spiritual peace.

2. **Message**
“Toward the Stars” is an artwork that invites the spectator to interrogate and connect with their inner self and the spirit of creation, using the simple language of ancient symbolism. It creates an antechamber for the soul, employing materials like white marble that reflects in polished stainless steel, along with an ascendant form. Inspired by artists such as Ieoh Ming Pei, De Chirico, Dali, Sosno, and Pistoletto, I aim to bridge the gap with the past so It can be one only thing with the present, allowing us to understand ourselves and the universe, and to foster curiosity about what came before.

3. **Why Listen to This Message**
I believe that striving for a connection with the universe is the only way to find spiritual unity and peace on Earth. Indeed, as Dali stated: “It is said that when someone looks at the stars, it is as if they want to find their own dimension lost in the universe.” “We are children of God, and the entire universe tends toward the perfection of humankind.” Reading these artworks is akin to reading our inner soul. “Toward the Stars” is part of a series of artworks that bring to light forgotten truths and spiritual connections with ourselves and what surrounds us.
